Web Report Packs

Report packs must be compatible with the version of PME they are running on; older versions of custom report packs are not compatible with newer versions of PME. Upgrade the report packs to versions that are supported on the newer PME system.

To install the report packs:

1. Review the custom report packs in the CM Migration Files folder.
2. On the target system, upgrade the report packs to ...\Power Monitoring Expert\Web\Report Packs.
3. The Report Packs should be available in the Reports application. If not, then open Web Applications > Reports. In the Report Library section in the right pane, click Upload Report Pack (Admin).

   

   Note: The reports list in the Report Library may be empty until the custom reports have been installed.

4. Select the report packs to install and then click Install.
